23/24 In-House Registration

Welcome

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information and submit payment for all Mite and 8U boy and girl players.

 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Payment is required to complete.

 

Also make sure that your using the correct SportsEngine profile/login for your player and all profile information is complete and up-to-date for the parent profile and the player profile.   This will assure the correct information is transferred automatically into the registration. 

 

Note to all first year registrants;

USA Hockey requires all associations to keep a birth certificate on record for all active players.  If this is your first year of participation with BYHA, please deliver a copy of your players birth certificate to our Registrar.  

Please email a copy to registrar@byha.org or make arrangements to deliver otherwise. 

Also make sure to use the exact name on the birth certificate for all registrations to avoid issues with processing and validation of your registration. 


First Year Girls Skate for FREE!

We your help with building our Girls program!!  All associations statewide have been challenged by MN Hockey to get creative with growing Girls participation in Hockey so BYHA has decided to try a FREE HOCKEY offering to all first year girl players for the 2023-24 season. 

All First year BYHA In-House players also get an equipment starter package which means all first year girls can try a season of hockey for FREE!

Requesting waiving up to Squirts|10U

If you are age eligible for Mites | 8U you must;

 

1.  Review the BYHA Policies and Procedures to confirm your eligibility for Waive-Up request.

2.  Register via the In-House Registration and indicate you are electing to request a waive up.

3.   Complete a Waive Up Request Form and email it to the respective Boys or Girls Traveling Director.

4.   Attend the August BYHA Board Meeting and present the reasoning for your request.

 

Until the waive up request is approved by the Board, make sure to attend any Traveling Pre-Skate sessions for the registered level, NOT the Waive-Up level.

 

If your waive up is approved, you will be refunded for the In-House registration fee and will be required to re-register for the Traveling program as instructed by BYHA.

Age Classifications and Waive Ups

Please make sure you are registering for the appropriate age.  Current age classifications can be found utilizing the link on the right.

 

If you are requesting a Waive-Up to play at a higher age level, you must closely follow the Waive-Up process for your request to be considered.
